I recently purchased an order (black boot) from jackmarc I ordered in 7th march but the product was very lag and take long time finally i got the product on 24th march. But the product was not same as i ordered that is a fake product and the product was not worth it for the price. I contact they but no response there policy shows that the return refund was only 3 days after delivery.today was 2nd day there was not response from the company please help me to resolve this issue.
