I ordered eyeglass frame in JackMarc, website and it was delivered on 21/01/2023, the product which I ordered available in the website and actual received product is different colour.
In website it is black and silver, where as recieved eyeglass frame is full black color.
I wanted to return it from 21/01/2023 I am sending mail but no response from them.
Return request to be raised within three days, sent mail for return request on the same day, product delivered.But there is no response till date
