I have not been provided correct recharge plan or neither my jio number has been closed (Terminated) and returned rs309/-. (Jio number in question is [protected])
Jio has activated plan of rs309/- from 03sep2017, which was not requested by me. I am not using their service since next day and request justice toward jio's inappropriate resolution.
Previous complaint dotel/e/2017/29760 and dotel/e/2017/30107 has not been considered on behalf of customer.
Dept of telcommunications has not addressed the issue fairly and sequence of complaint show department favouring jio, instead of giving justified resolution. —
