[Resolved]  Jamia Cooperative Bank — PF money not Transferred

Hi, I recently filed for my PF withdrawal from EPFO Gurgaon and they did transfer the money to the bank however Jamia Cooperative Bank never updated my records for NEFT transaction and the payment got denied as the bank ac did not exist. (A/c was opened months before the NEFT transaction) I had to fight to get this information wherein it should have been banks responsibility to get me the correct information however they have been hiding it from me about there mistake and I finally got to know when I dig the information from EPFO. EPFO has all the proof that they did transfer the money through SBI. Now in order to receive my PF money I will have to go through all the pains again, I will have to fill the form and submit in the organisation who will revert in about 15 days then I will have to carry the form to EPFO and submit it there who will again take aprox 1 month to release the money, plus I will again have to invest all the money involved in the process. Now when I asked the same from the bank about my compensation they are not even replying. Please tell me what should I do against them because this is not acceptable from a bank. Regards; Ryan
