I booked 6 gondola tickets for 2nd phase 0n 12th may. My booking was scheduled for 11th june. But due to some reasons i had to change my plans hence cancelled my tickets via mail to them. In return i got there mail stating that your refund will be initiated on 12 th june. But till date no refunds, i tried to mail them several times with no response.
