Jammu Kashmir Cable Car Corporation — Cancellation of booking cable car from Kungdoor to Apharwat on 27/04/22

I booked online cable car 8 tickets for Kungdoor to Apharwat for 27/04/22.
I want to cancel it as date was wrong.
I sent mail several times to [protected]@gmail.com as per instruction given in the website.
But no response is received
