Not proper fitting of Taps

We have been rectify patiently waiting but no action to rectify the defects in your fitting has been done. We are dissatisfies by this behaviour of such a reputed company .
We would like to inform you that now if the problem are not rectified within 15 days, we may have to approach Consumer forum. Please do the needful.
