Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have launched a service request to your end regarding leakage of my newly installed jaquar wall mixer sets for my newly constructed bathrooms reference no 121756 on 15th feb2017 at Sivasagar, Assam.
As per companies guidance the service person should have visit within 72hrs. But I unable to get such service from your end. Few days earlier before calling to your customer care, as the seller in Guwahati (Sunil Sanitary, ATRoad, Guwahati ) provides me one no of your service person, I over telephone being touch with your company guy called Mr. Monuj Kakoti and he assured me sending some guy called Tapas Barik for the particular work. But that guy Tapas make me wait for the whole day telling me coming in an hr, afternoon, evening etc etc after my calls to him for three four times that particular day.
But today someone called me regarding that work after expired of so called 72hrs, of which I have to manage by a local plumber spending extra money on it.
Now sir, is this a way to provide after sell service to your customers by a renowned company like you? Isn't it their duty to inform at least once as a part of their service?
Being a renowned company I simply don't understand how you people choose such unprofessional personals(getting paid by you) as a part of your service team.
This is really shame and really make me think of future purchases of your products.
In a competitive age, it's a shameful and awful experience, being touched with this kind of company.
Finally if possible kindly take some visible and proper action regarding this kind of problems for a brighter future of your company.
