Faucets losing its shine and coating peeling off

Tap fixed in kitchen

Faulty urinal sensor not repaired

Urinal sensor installed at washroom are not functional for over 6 months. Repeated complaints on the toll free number have not resulted in any resolution - every time new complaint# is issued and no follow up thereafter. They claim 6 year warranty however do not attend to complaints/ repairs....

Water flush system and taps is not working

My bathroom water flush system and taps is not working & There is a continuous water flow from the pipe fittings, taps and shower mixtures of your undersigned products which is causing a lot of problems and wastage of water. We even called the local plumbers quite a few times but this problem is not resolved and is creating a lot of issues for us.
