I want to log a complaint for my 2 month old bath mixer. The chrome plating is coming off. I have not used any chemicals on the bath mixer. I got damaged with regular use.
Unfortunately I had already contacted customercare on the phone many times since 1st June but my complaint remains unresolved. Twice some person came from Jaquar and told me that they cannot replace the mixer as according to them I have used some chemical on the mixer. I can assure you that I have not used any chemical. The chrome is coming off from one spot only and the rest of the mixer is in perfect condition. If at all a chemical is used then its effect should be visible at other places on the mixer.
Every time I call customer care I am told that some Mr. Abhay will call and try to resolve it. But till date he has not called.
I had bought a Jaquar bath mixer only because the earlier mixer was from the same company. Though few of my friends did tell me that Jaquar's quality has gone down and so is their service and also there is a lot of fake Jaquar products available in the market so I should rather buy a Grohe brand fittings, but as my earlier experience was very good I just went with Jaquar and bought it from your authorised dealer MLS in sector 29 Gurgaon. But now I understand what those people meant, and now I am also going to deter people from buying Jaquar.
I don't know if my complaint will be attended to and resolved, I am just trying my luck by writing here as a last resort as I have tried to call, even tweeted and then after getting automated replies I was blocked by Jaquar twitter account.
Hoping my complaint is heard and that I won't have to try any other new brand with a good reputation. Was this information helpful? |
