I had purchased four Jaquar Concealed Cisterns some two years back.As one of them stopped working I had registered a complaint with the dealer M/S.Tara Sanitary Wares, Thiruvananthapuram on 12.07.2014.On
inspection after four days, your service person, Mr.Deepu, told me that the inner plate of the cistern requires replacement.There was no trace of him afterwards.He would not even care to attend my repeated mobile calls.One day, after about two months I was fortunate enough to be informed by him that the plate is still pending to be freighted
from your Kochi Centre.So I contacted Mr.Sajan, attached to Kochi Centre and he promised me to dispatch the plate, the same day itself.But even after three months from registering the original complaint, the plate is not made available.Further I am not able to remind Mr.Sajan as he is also in the habit of abstaining from responding to consumers' calls.
Now it seems my only option is to replace the damaged Jaquar Cistern with some other better brand after demolishing the costly tile claddings of my bathroom.
I am a Retd.Suptg.Engineer of PWD and my daughter and Son-in-Law, both are Architects.We are very much in the field of building construction.If this is the quality of service provided by Jaquar, how can we recommend your products to our clients with confidence?
Unless I get my complaint resolved within a week, I will be constrained to present this case before the ensuing meetings of the Architects and Engineers Forums in Thiruvananthapuram.
