We purchased a Wall mixer From JAGUAR - ARC variant (High end Wall mixers).. The faulty valves refluxes cold water into Hot water and shower pipes.. We got the product on
October 2014..the complaint was been regstered and processed for 3 months.. The technician was totally not having any idea of what he's dealing, that i had to spend 1000rs for calling plumber for all the three visits he did..He kept saying faulty line, faulty heater, faulty water...and finally in the end he admitted there was fault in the Wall mixer.. Note: The wall Mixer alone costs Rs. 7000 bucks..High end variant with such a worst quality.. Then he said the supervisor would come and deal.. Supervisor never even visited once and he called once to get photos of the mixer and bill through wattsapp (His duty was to collect those in person - Lazy enough to do his Job).. Its almost been 1month since i sent those, , no calls, co assurance that it'll be fixed..Not the technician and supervisor never picks my calls.. Went in person to Chennai Jaguar centre, Nungambakkam..their response was that my complaint is on the go and to contact further from SUPERVISOR DINESH - [protected] (who'll never pick calls).. I'M REALLY TIRED OF YOU JAGUAR PEOPLE..YOU DONT GIVE QUALITY and YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE .. I'm not gonna proceed further with your craps, , gonna change to Kohler and throw the wall mixer..Never gonna buy any Jaguar products nor their SUPER PISSING ARC variant.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO to your credit.. Pls don't buy these craps..get to kohler, Hindware or anything..assured customer care atleast in them..!!
