[Resolved]  Jaquar — bathroom tap queen model

Address: Kozhikode, Kerala

Had complained about the faulty bathroom tap queen model, complaint number 897331, on nov 18th2017, but technicians are not turning after repeated requests. Very poor servicc. As the customers are my old parents they are finding it very difficult to manage with the faulty tap. What should we do to get it repaired or replaced as early as possible? Please do the needful as early as possible

Shower n tap not giving proper flow of water.
The shower is not working properly nor the wall taps.
Please attend urgently.
Trying to complain from last few days.
