[Resolved] Jaquar — cistern of wc is not working

Respected sir,
I purchased a jaquar ops-wht-15851sn single pcs wc uf st cove on[protected] from
-vaishali bath, 240, new atish market, jaipur.
Since last 10 days the cistern is not working, on pressing the button the water tank is not getting filled.
I am facing huge problem due to this.
Since the product is in warranty period, kindly send your technician as soon as possible to correct the problem.

My faucet tap is leaking/damaged. This tap was replaced a few months ago but has been damaged again. The lever has come foose and if the tap is kept on, there is a constant leakage of precious water. If I try to fix it, it does not respond and hence I have kept the tap closed.
