Jaquar & Co. Pvt Ltd — Sensor tap/Faucet is not working

I have purchased the Jaquar sensor tap/Faucet on 26 june 2008. Since last 2/3 years this tap is giving continues trouble.I have registered 7 to 10 complaints in last years at toll free number of Jaquar [protected]. Plumber comes and repair it but after few days the tap again stops working .The product is under warranty for 10 years and co. gaurantees for complete back up for spare parts Even today 8june 2015 also i have complained and registered service call reference no. is 319682. You are requested to please solve the matter. I have came to know that the company has changed sensor tap model in 2010. I have purchased the model in 2008. Mow the chip is not sensing. It means it is damaged and not working/dead. You are requested to please look into this matter so that jaquar Co.either replaces the sensor faucet or arrange for new chip.
