Jaquar — complaint closed without attending....

I have loged a cpmplaint on 23rd feb vide complaint no 00072821. I got a phone call on same from jaquar for asking the complaint reason... But not boday visited till now... After that i am following again and again to attend the complaint.. But it my surprised today i. E. 3 mar to know my complaint is cancelled without attending... Is a really painful know customer sped huge amount to by expensive items from old reputed company... But all in vain...

Updated by Kumar2272 No action taken till date...very poor service...complain was loged on 23rd Feb, but after week status is same...why customer will buy Jaquar product ????????????????
