I got a faulty product and reached out to the Jaquar customer care. I have raised a complaint no.715481 on 3rd Nov. Technician came and took the defective part with promise of replacement/fixed. After almost 3 weeks, today technician called me and suggested to buy the part from market as it is not available with them otherwise suggested to wait for indefinite time.
They are not willingly to fix or replace the part though it is within the product guaranty period.
