I have done many follow ups but every time I get the same response "you will get an update with-in a week time".

Status : Replacement request is approved but CR number is not generated yet.
We have been unable to make use of the guest washroom for more than a month now. We are expecting a guest on 27th Jun so kindly get it replaced before that.
3S Enterprises - called me after one month of complaint and mentioned that the Item code on the bill was having "J '' character extra in it. So we have got it corrected by the "Ashiyana Enterprises" Vendor from whom we purchased and shared the revised bill with 3S Enterprises. But now they also don't have any clue when the replacement can be done and they keep mentioning Jaquar Management meeting going on and no one picking a call so how can I give any update about it. After that they never called back.
By the way Hindware resolves any such issues within a week of a time at max. Then why Jaquar takes so much time. I think I made a wrong decision by choosing Jaquar fitting for my home.
Kindly look into this issue on a serious note.
