Had called your customer care on 1 dec to get my geyser serviced. Rgd service call reference number 937614. The local service centre, at patiala, rung up twice but no one has turned up to do service. Rung up customer care again on 4 dec but still no one has contacted me. Your after sale service is terribly poor you need to pull up your local service centre. My mob no [protected]. There is a tap of jaquar with the warranty of 10 years and it is leaking so please visit my home to solve this problem as we are not getting part of this model so this is a kindly request that please contact me and visit my home.
