Jaquar — Jaguar commode ......disappointing.

I bought a jaguar toilet commode in 2014 and ever since I have been having problems.it has been two years now.the rep arrives takes photographs and disappears.

1.first the toilet seat keeps sliding off and despite some repair, this continues till date

2.there is a hair line crack in the toilet rim.

I have been complaining to the service toll free number repeatedly but there is no help or solution forthcoming.

I am deeply disappointed by this product and the customer service and support which is not befitting of a company claimed as jaguar.

I would like to warn the consumers out there, not to buy such a product, which claims to be high end but does not follow through on it's sales pitch and promise.

Updated by gerry shabong Till date i.e. 21st february 2017, my complaint has not been sorted out.
i recommend, that no one buy jaguar products ever and Ms SANITARY MALL are the worst retailers to deal with, in shillong.Meghalaya.
There is no respect for the customer.

I purchased a wash basin duck neck type tap. It was fitted in May 2016. After six months o[censored]se it isleaking .As it is fixed in dining room I find it difficult. Kindly get it repaired at the earliest.

it is not worth any rating.
the retailers in shillong from whom i purchased the jaguar product MS sanitary mall, did not help regarding the poor product and i had to do all the phoning and complaining.
