It is being informed that the technician from Dew drops visited our Guest on 13.09.2017 to attend the complaint but the funny part was that he had nil spares(till date!!!) with him to carry out repair. It is suspected that Dew drops sent the technician just for the namesake of responding to the complaint registered by us. Such actions from an authorized dealer of a premium brand(like Jaguar) is not at all appreciable.
