It is inform you that our Hand Shower (H/Faucet) with 1mtr long flexible tube & hook was purchase on dt. 4th February 2016 Bill Sl. No. 7087 from Binakar Supply Agency, Mangalabag, Cuttack-753001. But it is always leakage of water from shower switch bottom point since 3 to 4 months.

Therefore I request to you, that this type of problem may kindly be solve at your end and obliged.
