Hello team,
I have two very serious complains regarding two of jaquar products and i am unable to get a satisfactory solution.
1) i have purchased 4 jaquar health faucets nearly 3 years back and since then after every 2-3 months the lever goes loose and the water pressure is very slow. I have already placed a complain multiple times and every time the service guy visits and services it and again it goes loose. Lastly the service guy said that "this product of jaquar is faulty and the problem will keep on coming". Is this true? And what is the permanent resolution for this issue?
2) i have a leakage in a sink faucet also bought 3 years back and is under warrenty. The service guy inspected it and told us that part needs to be replaced and it will be chargable. But as per jaquar warranty terms and conditions the same will be replaced free of cost. Please provide your comments on this.
3) i have a shower panel also bought 3 years back. I am experiencing some leakage from the side of the shower panel. Please include this problem also under the below complain number.
I have already registered a complain for the above issues. I expect a prompt and permanent resolution for the above as these small things are tarnishing the reputations of jaquar brand.
