Hi,
I have purchased jaquar geysers (Rs. 11500) on 12/10/2017 with rough bill (But no warranty card received) but it has been pathetic experience at last 1 month, i never received warranty card of while purchasing, whenever i asked for warranty card i got a same response that it is not ready now you can come next time and get it, it has been three time i asked for warranty card.
The major problem is that i got old equipment model in which pipes are being leak-ageing with in one month, even it looks like i received old pipes and having leakage within one month (Both pipes). When i talked to change these pipes then plumber (Jaguar dealer plumber) want money to change, while same plumber installed my geyser just 30 days back... Due to more leakage i have given 250 rs to change one pipe and now second pipe is being leak aged,
I observed that this old pipes given due to make money by dealer plumber.
If my problem is not resolved i need to raise this to wherever it possible (High level) since i can not tolerate complete drama with jaquar team.
I am attaching rough bill, need my warranty card and plz resolve my problem asap.
