Dear sir,
I would like to complaint about the jaquar tap i got 2 years back, its colour has started to wear off and is showing signs of water flow being disturbed so please send someone from your team to resolve the issue at the earliest. The tap polishing has been poor and i expected better quality taps from the company so i would appreciate if your team takes a quick action

Minute leak on the consealed stop cock. Water flowing continuously from cock.

Its almost 1 months when it started. I called the person to come and check but no one came . Kindly its a request to please take my issue on priority and resolve it soon.
