My wall mixer tap and diverter purchased 2 weeks ago was not working and i complained. I clearly told the person the new address (My mobile is registered against an earlier address where i had fitted jaquar). Despite that, they sent the service person to the old address and he filed a "completed" report without doing anything.
I complained again on a friday. After 3 days a service person shows up on monday with little notice (After i had left for work). He says that the mains has to be switched off. I tie up with him to call the plumber on wednesday 1at 10 am, and take a half day off from work. The service person asks me to confirm on tuesday. I do that and he asks me to confirm again on wednesday around 9am (Today). When i do that he says 72 hours have elapsed, so i should phone customer care. I do that. Customer care says they will register an "urgent" request but cannot tell the service person to stick to the appointment.
I have wasted half a day. My plumber has wasted 2 hours.
Jaquar.. Never again.. Either for me or my friends.
