As a consistent customer of Jaquar Bathroom Fitting products It is a very sorry feeling that I have to be associated with this brand today.
The recent happenings of one single order is getting me more convinced to switch over to alternate brands, since the recent quality of your products is inline with the companies that provide sub standard products and even worser customer service.
This is with reference to “PO 2824, 2789 & 2826“. Being in the business we do understand that there are exceptions when achieving consistent quality can be a concern but it is for that reason that we pay a premium price for a brand like Jaquar Bathroom Fitting. Our concerns were only rebuked time and again even after attending the same by your service team and we are still left behind with fittings that we cannot use and lose our credibility. We have been speaking with Mr. Ketan Patel and his senior but it doesn’t seem like our problems will be addressed and resolved, as it has been more than a month but the result is negative.
We are looking to have a complete replacement of all the contents received in order number “PO 2824, 2789 & 2826“ because it could not be resolved by your service team as well. We do not wish to invest more time over this. This has been the first instance that we have faced with you in 15-20 years of sourcing from you. We have been coming time and again for all our projects because we trusted your brand. If this replacement is not possible, we would like to have a complete refund and also we shall commit to not working with you again.
