Respected sir, Actually we have bought a 1) jaquar wall mixer & 2) a spring action soft closing door commod 2 years back but both got damaged and was not working properly Wall mixer got damaged and had a stupenduos working and it was highly not working and the tap of hot water tap became loose and became problamatic The soft closing of the commod door got loose and was shutting suddenly while closed so, we kindly request you peple to solve this problem. The concealed cistern is continuously leaking water at the brass valve L - type joint. After tightening the / closing the valve water is leaking nonstop.
