Jaquar — wc and jet spray

I have jaquar fittings in my new home which are not even a year old.
The pipe of one jet spray has a hole and one of the wc has leakage. After 2 weeks of follow up a technician came and without solving the problem has closed my complaint. On speaking to service provider experienced a bad unprofessional arrogant tone.
I have been jaquar customer for years and this is the first time i am experiencing this type o[censored]nprofessionalism, hence writing to you.
Please attend to my issues to maintain my trust on your brand. Below is the message received for complaint closure for your reference.

I purchased 3 Nos concealed flush tank toilets and 2 Nos wall mounted toilets recently . All are now leaking horrible. All are within warranty period. Pls arrange the service technician for it
