[Resolved] Jaquar — worst customer service and follow ups

Dear team, i have logged complaint for the replacement of jaguar cupboard seat on june 26, 2017 with service no 466275. On aug again the same complain logged 619972. Then on oct i get mgs that 466275 has been resolved but nobody visit place to fix problem.. I have called many times to customer care but didn't recieve any solution... The worst and disgusting services recieve from a reputed company... Still the problem is not yet resolve.

Iam using jaquar bathings since last 4years...in between some problem have came and jaquar team resolved that problems...nowadays jaquar custmor care number was not connecting, so i want register a complaint againt damage...coplaint is...Health fascet liver broken...please replace it...

Toilet hand faucet is leaking. Earlier the lever broke. I lodged a complaint. Company's technician replaced it after changing Rs.110/. Now the same faucet is leaking.
