I bought a geyser of 25 litre on 4 jan 2018. But after 1 month it was not working and i complaint for it on customer care for several times once a mechanic came and said its summer now so what’s the use of geyser and i will repair it in winters
Since then they are not taking action
It’s worst company so i request u all dear friends please don’t buy any product from jaquar

I recently bought 3 Concealed flush tanks of jaguar. All are installed. But one of those fkush tanks shows some complaint. Water in the tank continuously flows to the closet even when the same is not in use. This is causing water loss an extra electricity consumption.

Jaquar tap in our kitchen has stopped working. The rotating part of the tap is moving freely without dispensing water. Both cold and hot water handle has become loose. The tap is withing the warranty by jaquar.
