I had done a booking for an commercial shop for my own use in the month of december’2014..
1. At the time of booking i was told that i would be getting a possession of my office within 36 months from the date of signing of builder buyer agreement, my agreement was signed on 30th december 2014.. However as of current status the building is nowhere near completion / possession.
Despite repeated follow up meetings, emails and hundreds of phone calls with aunipark commercial officials on project schedule, aunipark commercial is neither allowing site visit, nor providing us possession or reason for delays or a concrete date for possession.
This is causing me a lot of financial turmoil as i have already paid 100% the total amount to the builder and, i am also required to pay an emi of 50, 000 rs. For my rented shop space each month. All this is causing me a lot of financial burden and mental agony.
2. At the time of booking i was promised rupees 44650/- per month as delay penalty starting december 2017 till the actual possession. & same is also mentioned on our memorandum o[censored]ndertaking; however, when confronted, aunipark commercial officials are not ready to provide the agreed penalty.
3. We have repeatedly requested the builder to share the plan for construction and site visits, which has always fallen on deaf years.
4. The attitude of jaydev builder officials /spokesperson has been very frustrating to say the least. Despite charging all the money, they are reluctant for any meeting or status update in written. You are requested to provide a actual date of possession in written on priority along with the penalty you have agreed upon..!!! Was this information helpful? |
