I had done a booking for an commercial shop for my own use in the month of december’2014..

1. At the time of booking i was told that i would be getting a possession of my office within 36 months from the date of signing of builder buyer agreement, my agreement was signed on 30th december 2014.. However as of current status the building is nowhere near completion / possession.

I am 63 years retired person.
I invested in atm unit in jaydev infratech in chi v, greater noida.
Builder is not paying assured return since jan 2016 and the cheque that got issued got bounced due to insufficient funds.
Also, it was promised the possession in 2017 but still the progress is not there.
Requesting strict action against builder.
