Jaypee Cement — Cement absorbing water n transferring to walls.

sir, I have used jaypee cement in complete construction of my house. Cement on the outer walls of my house is absorbing water and hence transferring inside. Wet walls have destroyed all the show of my house and increasing the fear of weakness of the wall. Either i have been given the local cement or the quality of the cement is lowered. Plz check the cement given to us and if it is local then take the legal action on the seller n if it is orignal then plz improve its quality.
