My order [protected] ABRO Diesel Injector Cleaner DI-502 (354 ml) made on 23/03/2014 not yet received.They gave some Invalid Awb no Z18932862 (DTDC) even DTDC CC says it's invalid AWB.Their customer care is pathetic saying that they are coordinating with the courier compant to get the order delivered every time I contact them.Please arrange for delivery of my order soon.

Jazzmyride called me regarding my order that was not received by me the next day I posted complaint on your site. Said they have shipped the product but the docket was retained my DTDC and have not processed the shipment they assured will ship the product again through other courier.And I received the product in a week since then.

customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Their customer care called me that they have shipped the product and they will resolve the problem with DTDC courier office.Jazzmyride are having the slip with them and they gave me the below details
01P24856 - DISPATCHED
Invoice : RI/1314/24573
Courier Name : DTDC
Courier AWB : Z18932862
Package : DEFAULT
Shipment Date: 27 Mar, 20:40
But it's the DTDC courier that have not shipped the consignment and It's one month now and God only knows what had happened with the consignmnet.
Jazzmyride assured me that they get my order delivered ASAP.

Finally got my order shipped again through new docket no.
