JCTSL — no availability of 8 no. bus in afternoon

I am regular passenger of 8 no. Low floor bus from vtroad to jagatpura. I have to wait always nearly two hour for bus. There is no bus available between 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. There should be one or two bus available between this time. I am not alone who is facing this problem there are some other passenger are also suffering from the same. From last 5 days...I am facing issues with availablity of ac 1, minimum waiting time for ac 1 is 40 minutes these days and today I am waiting here for ac1 from last 70 minutes...is this what you people are doing for public?? Very much disappointment with the service.

Sir,
Ac2 and 3C from mahtma gandhi to joshimarg always come late we have to wait far 45 mins while the arriving time of the bus is after every 15 min.Becoz of which we face problem soo kindly look after it.
