Sir, the number of buses on route 1A is less, and there is a gap of 1 to 1.5 hours between the operation of each bus. Due to this, passengers face problem in commuting. Due to less number of buses on this route, many a times passengers hang on the gates of the buses, which can lead to accidents. J C T S L Corporation will be responsible for this.
Hence, you are requested to increase the number of buses on this route.

Passenger remaining ticket amount was not given by bus conducter. Bus conducted denied to given money back

Bus driver often doesn't stop bus in morning hours approximately between 9:30 to 9:40 AM despite many commuters. Due to this we have to face problems to reach the offices well in time. Kindly resolve the grievance by instructing the driver to stop the bus particularly at boring stand.

On the route 6A Khirni Phatak to Airport the bus driver did not stop the bus on prescribed stands particularly in the morning hours since few days especially on "Boring Road, Medical Centre, Panchayat Samiti & Lata Circle. Today the bus no. RJ14PE6112 in the morning between 9:30 to 9:50AM was not stopped despite many commuters requested the driver to open the doors of bus by signaling but he did not pay any heed.
Kindly instruct the driver to stop the bus each & every stoppage.

Today 21 september2023 I took bu from Bagru to sodala Jaipur at about 6.45pm. after 3 to 4 km driver stoped the bus and conductor asked the passenger to get down without. any reason and told passenger to take the next bus.THE next bus come and it also stopped without any reason any told passenger to go on there own, without any reason.The passenger had no option and it was raining also.this is unprofessional attitude creating problem to all the passenger.strict action should be taken for not performing their duty.NO refund was provided

My name is Budhram, me and my wife sat from Bassi and took ticket but I had to go to Transport Nagar and I was given ticket for Rambagh Circle, on speaking to the bus conductor I was told that the ticket would be charged in full.bus no is - RJ14PD8007...

I have to say that, i am student of b. Com 2nd Year andi have a student id. When i show my Student id for ST ticket so the bus conductor is giving back my student id and say No for giving me ST ticket. So i have to inform you to give me problem solution in sort time and put a action for bus conductor.

There is no 9a buses of agarwal farm to dadi ka phatak between 7pm to 8pm. I would like to inform that please increase the number of buses or add buses between time intervals of 7pm to 8pm

This route has only 4 buses, due to people have to wait for a hour for bus and the bus doesn't coms on time

So please do some needful 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Today while driving my bike at 7o clock evening on triven pulia near gopal pura, a low floor bus hit my bike from the back .The bus driver was a reckless driver, after hitting my bike he din't even bothr to stop instead he raised the speed of the bus and continued driving as if nothing had happend, i tried to follow him but he was too fast, he was also about to hit one more vehicle but he somehow managed to escape.

*The bus no is RJ 14 PC 5399.I request you to take action against this person*.

He was wearing spects and was young. As it's become usual for low floor drivers to drive rashly on roads they care of nobody while driving.

In future this kind of driving can lead to take human life . Its my kind request to take action against this person and all other rashly driving drivers of Jaipur low floor bus.

श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि मई एक आम छात्र हूं। अपने अध्ययन कार्य के मुझे रोजाना सुबह बिंदायका से संस्कार (पांच्यावाला) आना होता है। आज जब मैं जयपुर शहर में सिवार मोड़ से गोनेर मार्ग पर चलने वाली जेसीटीएसएल की 11 नंबर लो-फ्लोर बस से आ रहा था तब बस चालाक ने मुझसे अभद्रता की। सारवाजिक तौर पर mujhse बदतमीज़ी की।
दरअसल पिछले 3 वर्ष से मैं इसी बस से हर रोज सफर कर रहा हूं। यह बस हमेशा संस्कार स्टॉप पर रुकती है। लेकिन आज सुबह जब 8:30 बजे सिवार मोड से रवाना रवाना होने वाली 11 नंबर बस में बैठकर संस्कार स्टॉप आने पर जब मैंने बस रोकने को कहा तो बस चालाक ने साफ़ तौर पर मन कर दिया।
बस चालाक ने बेवज़ह मुझसे बदतमीज़ी की। कहा कि बस नहीं रोकूंगा। जिसे बोलना है, बोल देना। इसी के साथ अपना नाम (रामसिंह) बताकर आगे से बस में नहीं बैठने की धमकी भी दी। सार्वजनिक तौर पर मेरा अपमान किया।
चालक ने बस को पांच्यावाला रोककर मुझे उतार दिया।वहां से मेरा शिक्षण संस्थान 2 किलोमीटर दूर रह जाता है। श्रीमान के प्रति उम्मीद ही नहीं पूर्ण विशवास है, कि आप इस समस्या को समझते हुए बस चालक पर शीघ्रातिशीघ्र कार्यवाही करेंगे। साथ ही मुझे शहर की बस व्यवस्था के प्रति आश्वस्त करेंगे।

बस नं. 27 watika to goner में आज सुबह बस का कंडक्टर नशा करके बस में आ गया। असे passenger से बात करने की बिल्कुल भी तमीज नहीं थी या वह अपने होश में नहीं था। जहां students का 12 रुपये का टिकिट होता है वहां वो उनको 10 रुपये
का टिकिट दे रहा था।
अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि ऐसे परिचालको के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाई!

I am waiting at niwaru road for bus no. 10b from 12 pm and last 1hour no bus came yet. This is a very shameless service providing by jctsl. I jave many work to do but i can't reach my destination because of the bus. It's better if they close their services so i am not depends on it. Kindly take a action of this careless working as fast as possible

Driver is driving like he has purchase the road and when i told him that why r you driving like this then conductor told me why r you fighting on duty this person is on duty and both come out from bus and both hit me today this case is near jaipur hospital
And bus number is rj14pd7978 im also going to complaint for this to police station also if you want to call me so call me on this number [protected]
And i will also hit him surely this is my commetment

I am regular passenger of 8 no. Low floor bus from vtroad to jagatpura. I have to wait always nearly two hour for bus. There is no bus available between 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
There should be one or two bus available between this time. I am not alone who is facing this problem there are some other passenger are also suffering from the same. So please solve our problem as soon as possible.

I am a student, lives at khirni phatak, i go to ram bagh circle. I use bus route ac-6 to go there. Sometimes the buses comes
And go without stoping for passengers,
And conductor (Tte/tc was not in the bus) and some times at some stop they halt for a long time, if some one ask to them that why so long halt is here, then they ask that the bus will go with our rules or some passengers are coming and talk rudely.

Sir/ma'am kindly impose restrictions on them to do so.

I am a student living in suburban area of jaipur called sirsi road. Jctsl used to run 11number bus from siwar mod to goner. Many a students need that bus to reach their colleges as it was only transport available from our side. Medical patient, job workers all used this bus. But not it has been stopped by jctsl, only 2buses are working. Reason not known for thir not running. Please make again available such buses in the area reqesting on behalf of all such needy.

Sir low floor 7 ki service bhut kharab ho gai h. Ye evening or afternoon me 1hour tak ni aati h... Inka koi time fix nahi h... Kabi to 3-4 bus ek sath chlti h jease mini bus ki trh or bahut fast chlate.. Jab se prvite walo ko bus sofi h tab se halat or kharab hoti ja rhi h... I was travelling by bus no. 7979 (9a route) today from vijaypath to phq (Nehru garden) time approx 9.20 am. The driver did not stop the bus at the stop despite request. On enquiry, the driver told that his name was ramesh. Please instruct the driver for stopping bus on the designated bus stop. There was a girl student also to get down at that bus stop but the driver mr ramesh ignored her request also and she had to get down at next stop. Please instruct the driver (Mr ramesh) suitably.

Shipra path is the most important road of mansarovar jaipur colony where several hospitals, colleges, schools and community centres are situated.
Please provide bus services for metro hospital and appex hospital. Permits to be provided to tata magic tempo and e rikshaws from gopalpura circle to muhana mandi via triveni nagar, riddhi siddhi high level bridge-, metro hospital, appex hospital, rajat path, new sanganer road, dhanvantari hospital, saint wilfred college/sakate hospital mod, vijay path, kesar choraha-, muhana mandi

जगतपुरा से मानसरोवर होकर निर्माण नगर की तरफ जाने वाली 8 नम्बर बसों की अव्यवस्था के चलते स्टूडेंट्स और आमजन को भारी परेशानी करना पड़ रहा है।
जगतपुरा और सांगानेर क्षेत्र से, मानसरोवर और निर्माण नगर में स्थित कोचिंग और कॉलेज और अन्य संस्थानों में पढ़ने के लिए आने वाले स्टूडेंट्स को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।

इन स्टूडेंट्स की संख्या 100~150 स्टूडेंट्स प्रतिदिन की है।

कई कई बार 2 से 2:30 घंटे तक भी बस नहीं आती है, जो कि एक समस्या की बड़ी वजह है।

यहाँ तक कि निर्माण नगर/ मेट्रो स्टेशन से सांगानेर के लिए 8 नम्बर बस ही एक मात्र माध्यम है ट्रांसपोर्ट का। न तो इस एरिया से कोई भी मैजिक चलती है और न ही मिनी बस...!!

इसलिए आप से निवेदन है कि, कृपया 8 नम्बर बसों की अव्यवस्था को दूर करके इनका समुचित प्रबंध करें। या इसके अलावा निर्माण नगर से सांगानेर की तरफ मैजिक चलवाये जाएँ।
