Incident - Accidental Damage - The TV is covered under Accidental damage policy and the claim was raised on 27th April 2023 with complain ID - CPJV[protected]/CLCPM[protected] there was no revert post calling again they raised another complain stating the earlier complain was closed by mistake without any action. The new complain raised was CLCPJ[protected] on 3rd May, the engineer after 3 days and stated the TV cannot be repaired and refund or replacement would be issued, Got a call from Jeeves stating that refund would be issued and the TV would be picked up as per process. Have been struggling since than, the TV is already been picked up but the same is not been updated in the system due to which the refund cannot be done as stated by the Customer support team.
