I have raised a claim for my Heisen 4K TV on 17th May which is having accidental damage which is covered under my 3 years complete protection plan. They have asked me to pay 500 via link they sent through sms. To send link they have taken 10 days. After I got link, i have paid 500 rs and shared screen shot of the payment via mail to Jeeves support. But when ever you call to their customer care, I have to give all the information from beginning like i am calling for the first time.they don't have call or request records of the customer. Every time when I call, they ask me to wait for 48 hrs and say technician will connect with me. But after 48 hrs when I again call, same reply I get and I feel it is never ending loop. There is no proper escalation matrix also to escalate the issue. From 17th May I am just waiting for a technician and don't know how much time they will take to repair it. WORST sevice from Jeeves. SHAME ON YOU. You take money from customer and don't bother to provide service when time comes.
