I had purchased a Complete protection plan under Jeeves for Mi TV (bought from flipkart) for amount of Rs.4400/- and the TV cost is Rs.55000/-
I raised a service request for technician visit on 23rd Oct 2021 and got an update that a technician will visit soon. However, even after 15 days there has been no action taken by Jeeves. Every time on mailing or calling them, a generic answer is provided saying that the request has been escalated and will be handled in 2 business days but nothing happens after that.
The service team handling mails is inefficient in replying and gives the same copy-paste answers. They are not even providing any service request ID's and not providing any technician visits.

I have wasted my money in buying this additional complete protection plan when Flipkart/Jeeves cannot provide any service from their end and I do not know what to do now.
