I have bought a Iffalcon tv from flipkart, which was under extended warranty covered by Jeeves. The TV got faulty on 3 Oct 2021 * I raised a claim of the warranty under Extended Warranty: Claim Registered Successfully (CLJPJ[protected]). Jeeves service technician have collected the TV from us on October 14, 2021 and informed that they will check with 7 working days if this issue can be repaired or can be refunded. However I have not given any sort o[censored]pdate even after 10 working days. When i did not got any update after 7 days i started following up on email.Every time i am getting same scripted response as we have forwarded the request to concerned departement and you will be updated in next 2 days.So many 2 days has passed but no response. Again I called the Jeeves customer care today - 1 Nov 2021 and again they informed 2 more working days . I asked the customer care agent to transfer the call to Manager to escalate on the issue as this is being going on for nearly a month. She has mentioned that the agent doesn’t have access to transfer the call to Manager and they aren’t willing to share any contact to escalate the issue. So far no update have been received from Jeeves end regarding the repair status or refund for TV. Was this information helpful? |
