This is regarding Extended Warranty with EWFKLI[protected] for your Motorola 100.3 cm (40 inch) Full HD TV (40SAFHDME).
Your claim has been successfully registered and your Claim ID is CLAFLK[protected].
Thanks for registering complain and sending your engineer TWICE for inspection however the engineer denied for further inspection as there was no serial number sticker. The purchased TV bought, installed and inspected by your engineer/open delivery agent never told me about the same. Moreover, why the sticker was not labelled in it if we had paid the full amount for purchasing the new TV and not second hand. Since the time its being installed the TV has not been shifted or moved a inch and besides this what should we do with the serial number sticker. In fact the second engineer visited was after explaining everything to your support team over phone.
Do you think the said sticker which the engineer was asking has been removed by us? It clearly shows that the provided TV was without sticker from the beginning neither your delivery partner checked it so here the question arises as why not the TV labelled with Sticker has been provided to us if it was so important for future servicing. Moreover the same serial number is clearly mentioned in both your Invoice and Flipkart Invoice, how can you deny this service to us. The Motorola is the product sold by Flipkart and further we have purchased the extended warranty for mental peace thinking we will get the service done in case of any defects found.
In spite of assurance of showing all the documents of purchase the person denied to proceed with the necessary actions and said he is helpless. We are now feeling as if we have been cheated by Flipkart and its service agents. The invoice of the TV is attached with this having SAME Serial Number from FLIPKART AND JEEVES with this. Screen shot of Invoices Serial number and TV red burnout is also inserted for your reference. The a picture of the TV having screen problem.
Its looks as if we are being cheated on the pretext of label not sticked with your TV. It now looks like as if the sticker was already removed to save the repair cost after opting for extended warranty with Jeeves the Flipkart service handler.
We would request and appreciate you to look into this matter and resolve our issues as soon as possible so that our trust on you and your agent remain with us else we would have to think for any future purchase from your cart and further more we are not going to stop this. This is our request and hope you would understand and act on this ASAP. Your Incident registration don't count to us we count on your prompt and honest servicing.
