We Purchased Motorola T.V Under 3 warranty from Jeeves consumer services

On 5.11.2021 I purchased the Motorola T.V from Flipkart and paid the amount of Rs 40, 999/- then on 7.11.2021 Jeeves company technician visited our home for the installation and I took the 3 years extended warranty plan from the Jeeves company and additionally paid the amount of Rs 4950/-.
After a month the T.V was not working and screen display was showing some lines in the t.v
so on 28.12.2021 I contacted Jeeves company for the service but on 5.1.2022 they offered the 50% value of the product invoice and they said product is not repairable due.
I want my full refund and my warranty amount for the product had a manufacturing defect . Was this information helpful? |
