I have bought a Nokia Led Tv from flipkart online shopping company along with 3 years warranty protection which is provide by Jeeves company part of flipkart's company.
on[protected] my Tv had repair while watching the Tv, Then i have called wit flipkart & Jeeves company they said that their thenision will visit at my home town for further process.
since 20 days no one comes to my home for the repair process and i have called and mailed many times, but did not responding me properly
it means they cheating through like a additional protection plan basis...at the time of purchase they mentioned its fully door step service and now asking send the tv to Banglore for repairing.
very irritating company so pls take necessary action to ban the company
flipkart saying we do not know about Jeeves company so we can't nothing...very bad reply from flipkart.
