It's a good initiative from Flipkart but the problem is Jeeves the company that is providing you the repair service and its was a shocker for me when I came to know that Jeeves is a subsidiary of Flipkart.
Let me share what I went through so that you can decide whether to opt it or not.
I ordered Lenovo Tab M-10 during Flipkart big savings days and they offered me the complete tablet protection plan Within 4 months my device screen got damaged due to an accident.
The next day I contacted Jeeves informed them about the situation. Jeeves and they told me to drop a mail with photos of the damaged Tablet and other details. Two days later I got a mail that they have accepted the claim and wanted me to deposit Rs. 1000.
As per their terms and conditions they should have repaired the phone within 15 days and the same thing was said by their customer executive as well.
After 45 Day No one Pic-up my Tablet till today So many times send emails and call the customer care He/she Said We Apologize For The inconvenience caused. conclusion that they just want to postpone things.
The main problem with Jeeves executives is that I need to explain again and again which is every frustrating.
After 45 Days I raised a complaint in consumer form against Jeeves and tagging Flipkart as well.
