I bought this phone from flipkart on the first day i notice this issue that touch screen stops working for 5 sec and then it comes back for 10 -20 min then stops for 5 sec and keep doing this. i thought its software issue next day update came but phone still had same issue i put replacement.
Here Jeeves Technician Came and checked phone for 30 min no issue came he just recorded some video but he acknowledged that phone have issue but lied he reported "There is issue in phone but its not according the guideline" because of this flipkart reject my Replacement.
I put one more time replacement this time also same person named "Rahul Singh" and did same thing played diplomatically with me he is saying to me i'm getting your concern that your phone have issue i'll update in the report. this time i even asked him what he wrote in report and he narrated that the phone have issue and touch is going for 5 sec even 20 30 min.
but still in mail report i got from flipkart there was more things he added in report the phone have issue and touch is going for 5 sec even 20 30 min. as said by customer he is not satisfied with the feature but the problem is not according to the guideline of company. and flipkart rejected my request one more time
i don't know what to do this happened with me i have to use this faulty phone ? flipkart is not returning/replacing. Was this information helpful? |
