I have purchased a phone from flipkart on 5th October 2021 and also purchased one year complete protection plan from Jeeves. I raised a claim for screen damage on 3rd January 2022. Jeeves took processing fee of 1000 after document verification (which was delayed purposefully for 5 days) and since then no one has come to pick the phone from my phone I have been following up with Jeeves and Flipkart continuously but all I get was a standard reply that your concern is forwarded to relevant team. I feel mentally harassed now and I need a resolution immediately.
