Jeeves Consumer Services — Realme 9i return issue

Was having a problem with my realme 9i for camera..initiated for a return option..assigned with a technician from jeeves (muhammed asif) the day is today..still no one has yet called or came. When i try to call him he has blocked all incoming calls for some reason..not picking up.. saying he is busy..tried from multiple phone still same..not picking. Please help me to return
