I had purchased a tv from flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected], I had purchased their Complete protection plan along with the same. However when my tv was showing some panel issues during december '21 I had called them and their executives picked it from my house. I was told a few days later that the repair wont be possible whether I would like to have a refund of 70% of the whole value which is Rs. 7026 roughly. Since then I have been knocking them every single day regarding my refund without anything from their end. They have been promising me to come up with a resolution but that is not happening at all. How can they make fool of customers and harrass them like this.
