I purchased my mobile Realme 7 Pro from Flipkart with order id- OD[protected] on 25th Feb, 2021 along with Complete Protection by Jeeves with Policy Number- CMFK[protected]
Due to an accident, my mobile got damaged completely on 26th Dec, 2021 and I called the Jeeves care for my claim. They registered my claim with claim id- CLCMD[protected]
I paid the required fees of rupees 1500/- and they picked up my device on 31st Dec and promised me that it will be returned to me within 10 days. 10 days passed, I called them back then they told me that my device cannot be repaired and I will receive a refund of 60% from my invoice value and asked me to share my bank account and other details for the refund but after sending it many times, they are not confirming and asking me to give the bank details again and again. Whenever I call them up, they tell me to wait and they will contact me with an update in 2 business days, but it never happened. They are neither contacting me, nor processing me refund.
I am now losing trust on Jeeves as well as Flipkart for such poor and unprofessional service. Please provide me an update and give me my refund claim amount as soon as possible.
